What does an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) include?
You can choose comprehensive or non-comprehensive plans. Both include scheduled preventive maintenance and priority breakdown calls, and cover all major UPS and battery brands.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. AMC clients get same-day response for breakdowns, and a 4-hour priority SLA is available.
Can I rent a UPS or batteries?
Yes. Rentals are available weekly, monthly or long-term, with tower UPS, rack-mount and battery bank options, for events, office relocation, construction and other temporary needs.
Will you train our team?
Yes. Every installation handover includes an on-site demo and a written user guide covering operation, alarms and basic troubleshooting, with remote support afterwards.
What is a BESS, and can it replace my diesel generator?
A BESS (battery energy storage system) stores power in lithium batteries and supplies it when needed: as instant backup in a power cut, to hold your solar power for later, and to reduce what you draw from the grid at busy times. BPE designs its BESS to replace diesel generators at many sites. Whether it can fully replace yours depends on your load and how long your outages last, so we size it after a site assessment.
Can wiring be planned together with an inverter, UPS or solar system?
Yes. Our own certified electricians handle wiring, installation and troubleshooting, and we also supply inverters, UPS systems, solar and BESS, so the backup circuits can be planned together with your wiring. We start with a free site consultation, where we also check for overloaded circuits and poor earthing.
